Our car was damaged, while parked, and we had the good fortune of selecting Sunn West for its repair. The people were great, to say the least. We received daily updates and estimates via email, text messages, and phone calls. The work was completed in a very short time. The car was returned to us, washed and with the inside cleaned. The people were friendly and professional. Ryan Buchberger was our contact – a great guy. We even received a card, signed by all the folks at the facility.

Juan in Customer service was excellent. These guys and gals know how to run a business. I received at least four/five texts from them updating the status of my repair. Don’t think of going anywhere else. It’s a No brainer! My car looked brand new.
The entire staff at Sunn West City Auto Body was professional and helpful. Communication from my representative Marsha was excellent. She was transparent and courteous. I feel that she advocated for me with the insurance provider. I had front end damage on my 2018 Honda Accord Sport. My car looks great! I highly recommend Sunn West City.
Unfortunately my 3 week old truck was hit, and I was devastated. I searched around for a body shop with the best reviews and came upon Sunn West City. I went in, was immediately greeted by the staff and Juan Arias went and looked at my truck for a repair estimate. He was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. Within 20 minutes, he had an estimate written up. I dropped my truck off the next day (Wednesday May 29). The next day Thursday, Juan called and said my truck was disassembled and gave an estimated pickup date of Friday June 7. Each day he kept me updated on the progress. My truck was ready on the day, June 7th. Went to pick up my baby and she looked good as new!! They also detailed the car inside and out and it looked so awesome. Considering how devastated I was my 3 week old truck with less than 2,000 miles had already been wrecked into, these guys especially Juan made the process so easy and I didn’t have to worry or stress about anything. I really appreciate you guys for the awesome work. Thank you!
I called 6 different auto body shops for estimates to replace my truck’s rear bumper. While not the cheapest estimate I received, the prompt communication, pleasant interactions, and competitive pricing led me to choose Sunn West City Auto Body to do the repair. They got me in the next day and finished the repair the same day. Juan Arias was very pleasant and kept me updated throughout the repair process. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for auto body repair work!

Sunn West is top notch, have used them a few years ago w/beautiful results snd so I returned since my Chevy HHR driver & passenger doors were backed into while parked. Marsha was terrific to work with, caring, professional, thorough, knowledgeable & communicative thru the process. The insured had State Farm and they sadly totaled my ‘Bubbles’ , so I was unable to get her restored. I will definitely use them again and have referred Sunn West to my friends and clients.
Serious kudos to Sunn West City’s Auto Body Shop! Took my truck in to repair a dent that was anomalously gifted to me. We were pleasantly greeted by Mysty (? Spelling) and asked us to take a seat while she informs Steve Ruiz we are here. She also inquired if we would like a cold drink. Steve came over and introduced himself and we walked out to my truck to examine the damage. We returned to the office and it took Steve about ten minutes to write up an estimate. Steve guided us through the repair process, timeline and possible delays. He stressed that we could call at any time for updates and we could also receive text updates. We set a drop off date and estimate time of repair. We were updated by text several times, once or twice followed up by Steve. My truck was repaired ahead of schedule and right on the estimate. The repair was so good we couldn’t tell it was ever damaged! Steve and team took great care of us and my truck. For auto body repair this is the place to go!

From the time I made my first call to Sunn West until I picked up my vehicle after they repaired it, I had nothing but great service. Kendra was so sweet when I called. She was able to get me right in to get an estimate. Ryan, the repair manager, walked me through everything and he called multiple times with updates throughout the 2 weeks they had my vehicle. He was so kind and very professional. Every person I spoke to or came in contact with while doing business with Sunn West gave impeccable service.
I will definitely recommend Sunn West to anybody that needs auto body service.

I will go as far to say that they are miracle workers. Ryan was just awesome. Always kept me informed of what was going on never promised anything. He couldn’t deliver and let me tell you he promised a lot. Jeff was working on the car and stopped to talk to me and explain to me what was going on, which was just awesome. And all the girls in the office couldn’t have been more friendly.

There was a lot of communication between the body shop and the customer, which made this one of the best experiences I’ve had. There was never a moment where I didn’t feel like I was in the loop with the repair. My wife loved the repair when she picked it up, and I loved the smile on her face when she got home. I was in a car accident and needed to have my car repaired as soon as possible. I went to several other car shops before this one and i either received poor customer service, the run around as to when they might have the car ready or ignored while waiting to talk to someone about car repair while at the shop. I came to Sunn West and had to do a double take when I walked in their establishment. It had a very personal feel to the shop and was immediately greeted and asked how they could help me. We went to look at my vehicle and they told me they would be able to help. They gave me an idea when the car would be ready and a fist bump and they took over the repair from there. They always kept me updated as to how the repairs were going and always asked if I had any questions. When the repairs were complete, I returned to pick up the car and again received very professional and personal service. They walked me to the car and had me inspect the vehicle to ensure it was to my satisfaction. The car was flawless both inside and out. It look like it came off the show room floor. When I took the car in originally, it was due for a scheduled oil change so when I picked it up I was going to make an appointment to have the oil change done. When I checked the car, they had already completed the oil change for me. Even though they exceeded my expectations the oil change showed a true commitment to excellence and going far beyond my expectation. Thank you Sunn West Auto body for making a bad situation the best it could possibly be! I would rate higher if I could.
