Refinish Technician:

Inspects repaired vehicles and components requiring refinish. Reads estimates to ensure all required refinish operations are complete and all parts are present. Maintains paint shop equipment and paint booth. Mixing paints and primers according to OEM specifications. Correcting paint imperfections through sanding, buffing etc. Matching, tinting, and blending colors. Coordinating with other departments to ensure the vehicle is delivered on time.

Body Tech:

Reads estimates to gain an understanding of the work to be performed. Disassembles vehicles in order to identify all collision-related damages. Works with the estimator to ensure all damage is documented and all parts ordered. Grinds, fills, and sands repaired surfaces. Utilizes equipment to measure, pull, and straighten frames and structural components. Welds various panels into place.

Repair Manager

Inspects vehicles for damages and evaluate using visual inspection, mechanical testing devices, road tests, and information provided by the customer. Evaluates the necessity and cost of repairs. Collects insurance estimates after reviewing the damage. Meets with customers to discuss damages, repair process, timeline and costs. Create accurate estimates that detail repair and labor costs. Places work orders detailing part replacements and repairs and enter them into the work management system. Maintains communication with the customer and is available to answer questions throughout the repair process. Keeps records of repair details and completes necessary paperwork. Effectively manages multiple repairs simultaneously. Implements an effective quality check process by inspecting repaired vehicles and ensuring the repair is up to standard. Completes final paperwork and payment with customer. Provides exceptional customer service at all times and creates ongoing relationships with customers.

 Parts Coordinator:

Receives delivered parts from vendors and verifies that all invoiced parts are accounted for. Verifies that all parts are correct and free from damage. Posts parts to specific jobs via the shop management system and labels each part with a job number. Distributes parts to technicians in a timely and efficient manner. Ensures any returns are processed per shop S.O.P. and picked up by the vendor in a timely manner.
