I was rear ended shortly after moving to the area, and chose to take my vehicle to Sunn West City Auto Body. Probably one of the best choices I could have made. Ryan helped in getting everything taken care of and honestly went above and beyond. He was very patient in helping get everything situated and taken care of which helped me feel relaxed through the process. They have great attntion to detail and kept my car a few extra days because they didn’t like how the initial bumper was fitting so they ordered a completely new one so it would be perfect. Ryan kept me very updated along the way. My car was spotless when I picked it up which was a nice perk I wasn’t expecting. We had been traveling and with kids the interior of my car was disgusting, but the whole thing inside and out was in perfect condition when I picked it up. If you’re needing body work done, I would highly recommend Sunn West City Auto Body. I don’ think you’ll regret it.

Our car was damaged, while parked, and we had the good fortune of selecting Sunn West for its repair. The people were great, to say the least. We received daily updates and estimates via email, text messages, and phone calls. The work was completed in a very short time. The car was returned to us, washed and with the inside cleaned. The people were friendly and professional. Ryan Buchberger was our contact – a great guy. We even received a card, signed by all the folks at the facility.

If you need any auto body repairs, this is the place to go. Great customer service, friendly knowledgeable people. Great auto body work. Always on time when promised, and even when I paid out of pocket for non insurance repairs, they beat the competition.
From the time I made my first call to Sunn West until I picked up my vehicle after they repaired it, I had nothing but great service. Kendra was so sweet when I called. She was able to get me right in to get an estimate. Ryan, the repair manager, walked me through everything and he called multiple times with updates throughout the 2 weeks they had my vehicle. He was so kind and very professional. Every person I spoke to or came in contact with while doing business with Sunn West gave impeccable service.
